Job Title: Early Years Educator
Location: Parrywood Pre-School, Eastleigh
Description: You will be working as a key person, responsible for ensuring observations are recorded on your children, and the relevant paperwork is kept up-to-date. You will be working with your Key Children's parents, handing over at the start and end of sessions. You will be asked to help in the preparation of snacks and lunches, organise and carry out activities based around the children's interests, assist children in their personal hygiene needs (including changing nappies) and ensure the children remain safe and happy during their time at Pre-School. You will be required to complete compulsory training courses (such as Food Safety, Safeguarding and First Aid) as well as complete a mandatory DBS Check and registration with the Update Service, (should you not already be registered). You will also be required to attend mandatory staff meetings.
Days/Times: Monday 9am - 12noon, Tuesday 9am - 3pm, Wednesday 9am - 2pm, Thursday 9am - 2pm (Term Time Only)
Start Date: Immediate
Pay: National Living Wage
Qualifications: Minimum Level 3 in Early Childhood Education or similar
