What is an ethos we hear you ask... and why we need one...

An ethos is like the star that guided the three wise men to that humble manger long ago... it is our guiding light, the very morals and principles we run our business by. Ultimately, it underpins every aspect of what we do at Parrywood Childcare; and it sets the tone for everything we want to achieve.

Our ethos encompasses seven key areas that we believe are important to nurturing the safeguarding and wellbeing of our children.
