Staff
All our staff hold: GDPR Awareness, Paediatric First Aid, Level 2 Food Hygiene, Level 2 Health & Safety, Prevent, Basic Safeguarding and Female Genital Mutilation Awareness qualifications, (unless replaced with a more advanced qualification as listed).

Sarah French
Manager, SENDCo
At Pre-School: Sarah looks after the day-to-day running of Pre-School. She takes the lead when working with families and children with additional needs, and runs our weekly PEEP sessions, as well as running language and behaviour support groups in Pre-School.
Outside Pre-School: Sarah is married with two children. In her spare time she enjoys baking, going for afternoon tea and having a pamper at a relaxing spa day.

Esther Jonas
Lead Practitioner, (Language)
At Pre-School: Esther runs our Early Talk Boost programme at Eastleigh and takes the lead on providing language support throughout Pre-School. Esther enjoys craft activities, particularly anything sparkly!
Outside Pre-School: Esther loves to cook and cross stitch and spends time creating elaborate designs on her nails. Esther has been learning Norwegian, and enjoys going to the theatre and seeing some of her favourite music artists performing.
